Minis for Type 1 Diabetes

On September 7th, our lives changed forever when our son, Drew, was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes.  While this disease is manageable, it is not curable, and we need a cure!  Drew gets finger pricks at least 5 times a day, and at least 4 insulin injections a day.  We are constantly monitoring, counting carbs, and managing this disease.  There are no breaks, no days off, no holidays….  24/7, 365 days a year.  He handles it beautifully, but you never want to see your child suffer.

On May 17th we will be walking in the JDRF One Walk.  As a fundraiser, I am doing mini sessions.  All proceeds from these sessions will go directly to JDRF.  Please see the information below and sign up quickly.  These sessions take place this Sunday, March 29th, and there are only a few spots left!
